How the role pays
Average rep earns $30,000–$70,000 USD per year.
- 100% commission plus performance bonuses, paid weekly in USD.
- Website commission: 25% on sales 1–3, 27.5% on sales 4–6, 30% on sale 7+ each calendar month.
- Rate locks when the initial deposit clears and stays attached to later milestone payments.
- Average rep earns $30,000–$70,000 USD annually; top performers earn more.

What you will do
- • Cold-call company-provided business leads and qualify decision-makers
- • Schedule and conduct sales presentations by phone or Zoom
- • Present complimentary homepage concepts and recommend the right website package
- • Prepare or send approved proposals and follow up with prospects
- • Close agreements and collect deposits
- • Update every interaction accurately in the company CRM
- • Identify app, software, advertising and care-plan opportunities
What we look for
- • 1+ year of proven sales closing experience — this is not an entry-level role
- • Experience selling websites, Shopify stores, mobile apps or digital services
- • Comfortable cold-calling and managing your own pipeline
- • Confident with business owners and decision-makers on phone and Zoom
- • Reliable internet, quiet workspace and a professional headset
- • Organised, coachable and consistent with CRM hygiene
